1. New Feature: Export Capability for Knowledge Hub Insights Dashboard

We’re thrilled to announce the addition of an export and download capability to the Knowledge Hub Insights Dashboard, making it easier than ever to share asset insights with your team and drive collaboration.

What’s New?

• Exportable Asset Lists: You can now export and download lists of assets directly from the dashboard for the following sections:

  • New Assets
  • Updated Assets
  • Suspended Assets
  • Dropped Assets

• Enhanced Collaboration: Share curated asset lists with your team in CSV format for deeper analysis and action.

• Contextual Insights: The Dropped Assets section helps you identify assets that are no longer available since the last data lineage refresh, within the selected timeframe.

Timeline Filters Refreshed: While the timeline filters (Last 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months) have been part of the dashboard, this feature now leverages them for precise filtering before exporting. These filters ensure you can focus on recent or historical activity and extract only the most relevant data.

Combine with Search for Precision: This new feature works seamlessly with specific search terms or advanced search filters, enabling highly targeted insights. For example:

• Search for a term like "product" to filter asset lists and export only the relevant results.
• Use search values to pinpoint assets based on metadata properties or usage patterns, then download and share these refined insights.
